Respiratory
Wellness
Salt therapy is commonly used by people looking to support respiratory wellness and breathing comfort. Many clients seek sessions for support relating to asthma, bronchitis, sinus congestion, allergies, smoker's cough and general respiratory wellbeing.
Microscopic salt particles act like a 'toothbrush' for your lungs, reducing inflammation and thinning mucus to help you breathe easier.
Skin Wellness
Salt therapy is often associated with supporting skin wellness and comfort. Many people use sessions as part of a skincare and self-care routine relating to dry skin, eczema and psoriasis.

Relaxing in our climate-controlled salt room promotes deep relaxation, helping to lower stress levels and improve sleep quality.
General Wellbeing
Taking time to slow down and relax can help support overall well-being. Clients often leave sessions feeling refreshed, calm and re-energised
